1. Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger to get the circumference.
(If you have larger knuckle measure both (You may want to choose a size between the two to allow the ring to slip on)
2. Mark the spot where the paper or string meets.
3. Use a ruler to measure the paper or strings distance in mm.
This graphic is based on an average neck size. If you are petite then please go down a measurement and if you are a plus size please go up a size.
